2. Use of website

•  Right to amend the website is reserved by Fancyhomes and in any conditions you do not have the right to alter or modify any information provided on the website.
•  The information presented on the website is general information only. We will endaevour to ensure the update and precision of all information.
•  By using this website, you accept all the terms and conditions. If you do not accept you must stop using this website immediately.
•  The website is for non-commercial purpose only. Personal use that linked with purchasing products and services is allowed. Any illegitimate conduct including copying any materials from the website for commercial purposes is prohibited.  

3. Your status
•  You are at least 18 years old

•  You are legally capable of entering the website and the information provided by you is accurate and correct

4. Product specifications
•  We are taking responsible steps to ensure the products delivered to you are in good conditions

•  We will not be held responsible for any incidence or consequential damages relating to the use or mis-use of the products under any circumstances, being the vehicle, equipment, you or any third party involved
•  Every effort are to be taken to match the colour of products in store, however the images advertised are for illustrations only. Actual products may vary in colour and we advise you to visit our stores to view exact swatches.
•  Please note that our lounge sets are made for a maximum individual weight of 110 kg of seating. No more than 25 kg of pressure weight should apply on the armrest.

5. Price and payment
•  All the prices are in Australian dollars.
•  Full payment must be made prior to delivery or pick up.Otherwise, Fancyhomes reserves the right to cancel the order without refund after 14 days. A deposit, which is 30% of the total price must be paid within 3 days after auction completion on a customised order. Fancyhomes reserves the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item if payment has not been received within the specified time frame. Special arrangements can be made, if necessary.

6. Order
•  Changes: Early alterations of your order should be sent by e-mail.However, when production of goods by manufacturer are taken place, all orders are final and alterations must not be made.
•  Cancellation: Request for cancellation must be sent via e-mail. Written confirmation will be returned to you within 1 day to confirm or deny your cancellations. Please note that order cancellation is subject to a restocking fee which is 30% of the total price indicated in the order sheet. Customised order's deposit is not refundable.
•  Customisation: a customised order (made-to-order by a customer) can not be cancelled after placement. These items can not be returned. The estimated delivery time is not guaranteed due to the nature of customisation. Please allow more time for production and delivery.

7. Service
We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies. Should any problems arise, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist. Our response time is up to 3 business days, or longer for weekends.

8.   Warranty
Warranty on leather lounges: we limited warrants that the sofa lounges is supplied free of material defects. Fancyhomes offers 1-year warranty for the leather and 3-years warranty for the sofa lounge framework.
•  Warranty on leather and fabric beddings: we limited warrants that the beddings is supplied free of material defects. Fancyhomes offers 1-year warranty for leather and fabric beds
•  Warranty on outdoor furniture: we limited warrants that the outdoor furniture is supplied free of material defects. Fancyhomes offers 3-year framework warranty for our outdoor furniture

9. Conditions of Warranty:

• Your dated receipt (Proof of purchase) must be presented for all claims.
• You are responsible for returning the goods to Fancy Homes warehouse at your expense in the circumstances which you have picked up the goods, However, of the item is faulty and/or the cost to return will be significant to you    and you have paid any delivery fee in full, then Fancy Homes have to arrange for the goods to be collected from you within a reasonable time.
• Fancy Homes reserves the right to repair or replace the product or to make a substitution with a similar item,should the specific article no longer be avaiable. the replacement will be an individual item and not acomplete setting.
• All warranty takes effect from the date of purchase and will not be extended as a result of a claim, regardless if a repair or replacement have been transacted.
• The warranty period applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.

9.1  Exceptions to Warranty:
received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it;
• knew of, or were made aware of, the faults before you bought the product
• damage caused to the product as a result of failure by the purchaser or end user to comply with care or installation instructions provided.
• damage through abuse,lack of proper care or misused a product in any way that caused the problem
• All product warranty is for domestic use only and the warranty dose not extend to commercial use.

9.2 Not Covered by warranty for leather/fabric lounge and bed: 

9.2.1.  normal wear and tear
(a)   leathers and fabrics will fade and crease;
(b)   foam and fillings will soften and form the shape of the user over time;
(c)   depending on the covering and the degree of use, the covering materials, cushion fillings and suspension may need to be replaced periodically at the purchaser’s expense;
(d)   scars, marks and differing pore density and colour are natural characteristics of leather;
(e)   the leather and fabric products are upholstered by hand and therefore, the size and weight of these products may have minor variations of up to 5% from the sample products or from any       product specifications you have been quoted,
9.2.2. damage caused by spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive materials, ink, paint, or bodily fluids;
9.2.3 damage caused by improper cleaning, negligence, treatment of the product with chemicals, exposing the product to the sun, extreme heat or bright light such as lamps, or otherwise caused by your acts and/or omissions.

9.3 Not Covered by warranty for all outdoor furniture:
(a) Hardware against rusting or corrosion
(b) Damage through abuse, lack of proper care or acts of nature
(c) Fading of cushion or sling fabrics, stains or mildew caused by faulure to comply with maintenance and care instructions,or by general wear and tear.
