 SALES AND RETURN POLICY

1.     Order Policy

1.1           All orders will not be accepted until a minimum deposit of 30% is received.

1.2           All orders will be processed after deposit received, the lead time will be calculated for the payment date.

1.3           Deposit is non-refundable except for circumstances listed in our cancellation policy.

 

2.     Change Policy

 Early alterations of your order should be sent by e-mail. However, when  productions of goods by manufacturer are taken place, all orders are final and alterations must not be made.

 

3.     Cancellation Policy

3.1           Request for cancellation must be sent via e-mail. Written confirmation will be returned to you within two business days to confirm or deny your cancellations.

3.2           Order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee which is 30% of the total price indicated in the order sheet

3.3           All customised orders (made-to-order by a customer) cannot be cancelled after placement. These items cannot be returned. The estimated delivery time is not guaranteed due to the nature of customisation. Please allow more time for production and delivery.

 

4.     Returns

4.1 Return Conditions

4.3.1 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4.3.2 To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a returned item is found not to be re-saleable by Fancy Homes, we reserves the right to refund only 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer.

4.2 Change of Mind

At Fancy Homes, we adhere to a traditional "made-to-order" philosophy. We provide custom services for most of products to accommodate our customers. However, we do not offer refunds for all custom items if it was due to change of mind.  Therefore, it is crucial that the buyer ensures that all custom ordered items are what they are after.

4.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

Fancy Homes warehouse carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately or within 24 hours. We will provide repair along with the necessary service and support.

4.4 Warranty Claim

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. Please refer to section 5.1 Exceptions to warranty for more details.

4.5 Failure to deliver

We will not refund the items if our delivery team failure to gain access to delivery premise. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to measure carefully to ensure access will be possible and there is sufficient space for the goods purchased.

 

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
